Beautiful old platter measures approx. 11.25 x 9 x 1.25 inches tall.  There are stress marks and small flea bite chips along the outer rim and inner rim.  They are very small, and I didn't notice until I felt them.  Please review the pictures closely.  Plate may require additional cleaning - this was acquired from an auction - I believe any white spots is paint, and it comes off quite easily.  I may have missed some.
