Stunner comes from an estate. There is wear and discolorations to the frame along with some chips. The picture itself is in good condition. But I think the frame must have been loose as I see small specs of debris inside the frame. There is some rips on the backside of the framing. It measures approx 23 x 19 x 1.75 inches.
