Stunner comes from an estate.  It ls in good condition, but the glass is rough along much of the fluted edges, and there are air bubbles.  I do not believe it is damaged, rather just the type of glass.  The bowl is signed and there is a sticker on the back.  It measures approx 11.5 inches in diameter x 2.25 imches tall. Item may require additional cleaning - there are white spots on the backside.
